Summary
CVE-2024-9615 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the BulkPress plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 0.3.5 are impacted by this issue. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by injecting arbitrary web scripts into pages, which can be executed if a user is tricked into performing an action, such as clicking on a malicious link. The vulnerability arises due to the plugin's use of add_query_arg without appropriate escaping on the URL. Unauthenticated attackers can exploit this weakness to launch XSS attacks against WordPress sites running the affected BulkPress plugin.
