Summary

CVE-2024-7161 is a newly disclosed vulnerability that affects SeaCMS 13.0. The issue lies in the Password Change Handler component and specifically in the file /member.php?action=chgpwdsubmit. An attacker can exploit a cross-site request forgery vulnerability by manipulating the arguments newpwd and newpwd2.
