Summary

CVE-2024-5521: Two Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities were identified in Alkacon's OpenCMS version 16. These weaknesses enable a user holding the roles of gallery editor or VFS resource manager to upload malicious SVG images containing JavaScript code. Once uploaded, the code gets executed when another user accesses the image, potentially leading to unintended actions or data exposure.
