Summary

CVE-2024-51960 is a stored Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting ArcGIS Server versions 10.9.1 to 11.3. This issue allows a remote, authenticated attacker with publisher capabilities to create a malicious link. Upon clicking this link, victims' browsers could execute arbitrary JavaScript code. The privileges required for this exploit are high, but the impact on confidentiality and integrity is considered low. Availability remains unaffected.
