Summary

CVE-2024-51904 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Joan Boluda Embed documents shortcode, version 1.5 and earlier. An attacker can inject malicious scripts into embed documents due to improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. This stored XSS flaw poses a significant risk, as an attacker can execute arbitrary code in the context of affected users' browsers.
