Summary
CVE-2024-4993 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting SiAdmin 1.1. This issue permits Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks via the /show.php query parameter. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by crafting a malicious URL and sending it to an authenticated user. Successful exploitation could lead to the theft of the user's cookie session credentials. Therefore, it is imperative that SiAdmin 1.1 users apply the necessary patches to mitigate this risk.
