Summary

CVE-2024-4734 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Import and export users and customers plugin for WordPress. The flaw, present in all versions up to and including 1.26.6.1, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the plugin's admin settings. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with administrator-level permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Notably, this issue impacts only multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled.
