Summary

CVE-2024-4506 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability affecting Ruijie RG-UAC up to version 20240428. The issue lies in the unknown code of the file /view/IPV6/ipv6Addr/ip_addr_edit_commit.php, which can be exploited through manipulation of the arguments text_ip_addr, orgprelen, and orgname. This results in os command injection, enabling remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The vulnerability has been publicly disclosed, increasing the risk of exploitation. Vendor VDB-263110 has identified this issue, but the vendor has not responded to disclosure notifications.
