Summary
CVE-2024-4492 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability affecting the Tenda i21 firmware version 1.0.0.14(4656). This issue lies in the function formOfflineSet of the /goform/setStaOffline file, where a stack-based buffer overflow can be triggered by manipulating the argument GO/ssidIndex. The exploit can be initiated remotely, making this a significant risk. The vulnerability has been made public, and the identifier VDB-263081 has been assigned to it.
