Summary

CVE-2024-4020 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability affecting the Tenda FH1206 1.2.0.8(8155) router. This issue lies in the fromAddressNat function of the /goform/addressNat file, which can be exploited through manipulation of the entrys argument. The exploit results in a buffer overflow, allowing remote attackers to potentially take control of the affected device. Although the vendor was notified earlier, no response has been received, and the exploit is currently in the public domain.
