Summary

CVE-2024-3994: The Tutor LMS plugin for WordPress, used for eLearning and online courses, contains a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability. This issue, affecting versions up to 2.6.2, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in the 'tutor_instructor_list' shortcode. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can inject malicious web scripts, which will execute whenever a user accesses the injected pages.
