Summary

CVE-2024-3473 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Header Footer Code Manager Pro plugin for WordPress. This issue arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the message parameter. Unauthenticated attackers can exploit this weakness by injecting arbitrary web scripts, which can be executed when a user performs certain actions, such as clicking on a malicious link. All versions of the plugin up to, and including, 1.0.16 are vulnerable to this attack.
