Summary
CVE-2024-3124 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting the fridgecow smartalarm 1.8.1 Android app. The issue lies in the manipulation of the Backup File Handler component's androidmanifest.xml file. This vulnerability exposes backup files to unauthorized control spheres, enabling attackers to gain unauthorized access to these files physically.
