Summary
CVE-2024-3053 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Forminator plugin for WordPress. This issue, impacting versions up to and including 1.29.2, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions or higher to inject malicious scripts into forminator\_form shortcodes via the 'id' attribute. Successful exploitation results in the execution of arbitrary web scripts whenever a user accesses an injected page.
