CVE-2024-30264

Summary

CVE-2024-30264 is a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Typebot chatbot builder before version 2.24.0. The sign-in page on typebot.io is susceptible to this issue, allowing a malicious actor to hijack user accounts. By crafting links with a javascript scheme in the `redirectPath` parameter, attackers can execute arbitrary JavaScript code with the user's privileges. This vulnerability has been mitigated in Typebot version 2.24.0, which includes a patch to prevent such attacks.
