Summary

CVE-2024-2910 is a critical vulnerability affecting Ruijie RG-EG350 devices up to version 20240318. The HTTP POST Request Handler's vpnAction function in the file /itbox_pi/vpn_quickset_service.php?a=set_vpn is the source of this issue. An attacker can inject malicious os commands by manipulating the ip, port, user, pass, dns, and startIp arguments. The exploit can be launched remotely, and the vulnerability has been disclosed to the public, increasing the risk of successful attacks. The identifier VDB-257978 has been assigned to this security flaw, and the vendor was contacted but did not provide any response.
