Summary
CVE-2024-28181 is a vulnerability affecting the turbo_boost-commands library used in Rails & Hotwire applications. The issue lies in the library's method authorization checks, which are not robust enough to prevent a sophisticated attacker from invoking unintended methods. This could potentially lead to unwanted code execution. The affected library, turbo_boost-commands, verifies that the requested class is a Command and that the method is a public one, but this check is not comprehensive enough.
