Summary

CVE-2024-27083 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Flask-AppBuilder, an application development framework based on Flask. The OAuth login page is the point of attack, where a malicious URL can be used to inject and execute malicious JavaScript code into a user's browser. An attacker could trick users into visiting such a URL, exploiting this vulnerability introduced in version 4.1.4 and patched in version 4.2.1.
