Summary
CVE-2024-26140 affects the Yet Analytics Core LRS Library, specifically versions prior to 1.2.17 of the LRS library and 0.7.5 of SQL LRS. Maliciously crafted xAPI statements can be used to inject scripts or other tags in the Statement Browser. This vulnerability could lead to potential security risks, but the issue is now addressed with the release of version 1.2.17 of the LRS library and version 0.7.5 of SQL LRS. At this time, no workarounds have been identified to mitigate the vulnerability before applying the patches.
