Summary

CVE-2024-25593 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Basix NEX-Forms – Ultimate Form Builder from versions n/a to 8.5.5. This issue arises due to improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to inject and execute malicious scripts in a user's browser, leading to potential data theft or unauthorized actions. Stored XSS attacks can persist even after the user leaves the affected site, posing a significant threat.
