Summary

CVE-2024-25443 is a recently disclosed vulnerability affecting Hugin v2022.0.0. The issue lies in the HuginBase::ImageVariable<double>::linkWith function, which can be exploited by attackers to cause a heap-use-after-free. This occurs when the function processes a specially crafted image. An attacker could potentially leverage this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial-of-service condition.
