Summary

CVE-2024-25137 is a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability affecting AutomationDirect C-MORE EA9 Human-Machine Interfaces. An attacker can exploit this weakness by providing input of a larger size than intended, which triggers the buffer to overflow onto the stack. Consequently, this can result in denial-of-service conditions, making the system unresponsive or unavailable for legitimate use.
