Summary

CVE-2024-25098 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Pascal Bajorat PB oEmbed HTML5 Audio – with Cache Support. The flaw, located in the input neutralization process during web page generation, can be exploited to inject malicious scripts that execute in users' browsers. Successful attacks can lead to session hijacking, data theft, or unauthorized actions. The issue impacts all versions of the software from n/a up to and including 2.6.
