Summary
CVE-2024-24938 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting JetBrains TeamCity versions prior to 2023.11.2. This issue enables an attacker to conduct limited directory traversal attacks through the Kotlin DSL documentation feature. By manipulating the input, an adversary can access restricted files or directories, potentially leading to information disclosure or other unintended consequences.
