Summary

CVE-2024-24812 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Frappe, a full-stack web application framework utilizing Python and MariaDB. Versions prior to 14.59.0 and 15.5.0 of Frappe are susceptible to this issue. Attackers can inject malicious JavaScript code into portal pages, which is triggered when a user clicks on a malicious link. This vulnerability has been addressed in versions 14.59.0 and 15.5.0, and no known workarounds are currently available.
