Summary

CVE-2024-24311 is a newly disclosed path traversal vulnerability affecting the "Multilingual and Multistore Sitemap Pro - SEO" (lgsitemaps) module of PrestaShop versions prior to 1.6.6. This issue allows unauthenticated guests to download sensitive personal information, putting customer privacy at risk. The vulnerability occurs due to inadequate input validation, enabling attackers to manipulate file paths and access protected data.
