Summary
CVE-2024-24042 is a newly disclosed directory traversal vulnerability that affects the Devan-Kerman ARRP version 0.8.1 and older.An attacker can exploit this flaw in the 'dumpDirect' function of the 'RuntimeResourcePackImpl' component, allowing them to traverse directories and execute arbitrary code remotely. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it can be exploited over the network, potentially leading to serious consequences such as data theft or system takeover.
