Summary

CVE-2024-24017: Novel-Plus v4.3.0-RC1 and previous versions contain a SQL injection vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this flaw by supplying manipulated offset, limit, and sort parameters to the /common/dict/list endpoint. Successful exploitation could result in unauthorized access to sensitive data or the ability to execute malicious SQL commands. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to organizations using the affected Novel-Plus versions and requires immediate patching to mitigate the threat.
