Summary

CVE-2024-23726 is a vulnerability affecting Ubee DDW365 XCNDDW365 devices. The issue arises from predictable default WPA2 Pre-Shared Keys (PSKs). A remote attacker within range of a affected Wi-Fi network can obtain the default WPA2-PSK by observing beacon frames. The PSK is generated using the first six characters of the SSID and the last six of the BSSID, with the last digit decremented. This weakness poses a risk for unauthorized remote access.
