Summary

CVE-2024-23673 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting Apache Sling Servlets Resolver before version 2.11.0. Malicious code execution can occur due to a path traversal issue in this software component. A user with write access to the repository may manipulate the Sling Servlet Resolver to load a previously uploaded script, posing a security risk. To mitigate this issue, it is strongly recommended that users upgrade to the latest version, 2.11.0, regardless of the current system configuration.
