Summary
CVE-2024-23610 is a critical vulnerability affecting LabVIEW 2024 Q1 and prior versions. An out-of-bounds write issue, caused by a missing bounds check, can enable remote code execution. An attacker could exploit this by providing a targeted user with a maliciously crafted Virtual Instrument (VI) file. The consequences of successful exploitation could result in significant security risks.
