Summary

CVE-2024-2352 is a critical vulnerability affecting 1Panel versions up to 1.10.1-lts. The issue lies in the baseApi.UpdateDeviceSwap function of the /api/v1/toolbox/device/update/swap file. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by manipulating the argument Path with the input 123123123\nopen -a Calculator, leading to command injection. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely, and the exploit has been disclosed to the public. To mitigate this risk, it is highly recommended that users apply the available patch to fix the issue.
