Summary
CVE-2024-23482 is a local privilege escalation vulnerability affecting the ZScaler service. This issue is located within the ZScalerService process. Exploitation of this vulnerability allows an attacker to escalate their privileges, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive data or system functions. The vulnerability has been addressed in Mac ZApp version 4.2.0.241 and later. Users are strongly encouraged to update their software to mitigate this risk.
