Summary
CVE-2024-23473 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting SolarWinds Access Rights Manager. This issue involves a hard-coded credential authentication bypass, allowing unauthorized access to the RabbitMQ management console. If exploited, attackers can bypass authentication checks and gain administrative control over the vulnerable system. SolarWinds and Trend Micro Zero Day Initiative (ZDI) have collaborated to address this vulnerability through responsible disclosure procedures.
