Summary

CVE-2024-23031 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the eyoucms version 1.6.5. An attacker can exploit this issue by crafting a malicious URL and passing it through the is_water parameter. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to inject and execute arbitrary code in the context of the victim's browser, potentially leading to data theft, session hijacking, or other malicious activities.
