Summary

CVE-2024-22795 is an Insecure Permissions vulnerability affecting Forescout SecureConnector version 11.3.06.0063. This issue allows a local attacker to exploit the Recheck Compliance Status component and escalate privileges, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive data or system functions. Attackers can take advantage of insufficient access controls to manipulate the component and elevate their privileges within the affected system. System administrators are urged to update to a secure version of Forescout SecureConnector to mitigate this risk.
