Summary

CVE-2024-22635 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting WebCalendar version 1.3.0. An attacker can exploit this reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) issue located in the /WebCalendarvqsmnseug2/edit_entry.php component to inject malicious code into a user's web browser. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information or the execution of malicious commands. Users are strongly advised to apply the available patch or upgrade to a newer, secure version of WebCalendar to mitigate this risk.
