Summary

CVE-2024-22408 is a vulnerability affecting the Shopware open-source headless commerce platform. The Flow Builder functionality in the application fails to properly validate URLs during the creation of the "call webhook" action. This flaw allows malicious actors to execute web requests to internal hosts, posing a security risk. Shopware recommends installing the Commercial Plugin release 6.5.7.4 or using the Security Plugin as a mitigation for Shopware 6.4 installations. Older versions of 6.4 and 6.5 require corresponding security measures or an update to the latest Shopware version for comprehensive protection.
