Summary

CVE-2024-22380 is a vulnerability affecting the Electronic Delivery Check System used by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Japan. This issue, present in versions prior to Ver.14.0.001.002 of the Agriculture and Rural Development Project, allows an attacker to manipulate XML external entity references (XXE) improperly restricted by the system. By crafting a malicious XML file, an attacker can gain unauthorized access to arbitrary files on the system, posing a potential security risk.
