Summary

CVE-2024-2180 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Zemana AntiLogger v2.74.204.664. The flaw permits an attacker to trigger a Memory Information Leak by invoking the specific 0x80002020 IOCTL code of the zam64.sys and zamguard64.sys drivers associated with the software. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could enable an attacker to gain unauthorized access to sensitive data, potentially compromising user privacy and security. It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of Zemana AntiLogger to mitigate this risk.
