Summary

CVE-2024-21624 is a newly identified information leak vulnerability affecting nonebot2, a popular Python asynchronous chatbot framework. This issue arises when developers use the `MessageTemplate` feature and incorporate user-supplied data into templates without proper filtering. As a result, sensitive environment variables may be inadvertently disclosed. To mitigate this risk, users are urged to upgrade to nonebot2 versions 2.2.0 and higher, which include the necessary patches. A temporary solution involves filtering underscores before incorporating user input.
