Summary

CVE-2024-21430 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting the Windows USB Attached SCSI (UAS) Protocol. This issue permits remote code execution, granting an attacker the ability to execute malicious code on a target system simply by connecting a specially crafted USB device. The exploitation of this vulnerability does not require user interaction, making it particularly dangerous. Successful exploitation could lead to the installation of unauthorized software, unauthorized access to sensitive information, or other malicious activity.
