Summary
CVE-2024-21040 is a vulnerability affecting Oracle E-Business Suite's Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul component (LOV) in versions 12.2.3 to 12.2.13. This easily exploitable issue enables unauthenticated attackers with network access to compromise the product via HTTP. Successful attacks necessitate human interaction and have the potential to significantly impact additional products. Consequences of a successful attack include unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data and unauthorized read access to a subset of data within Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul.
