Summary

CVE-2024-20950 is a vulnerability affecting the Oracle Customer Interaction History product of Oracle E-Business Suite, versions 12.2.3 to 12.2.13. This easily exploitable issue lets an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP compromise the Oracle Customer Interaction History. Successful attacks require human interaction and may expand the scope to impact additional products. The vulnerability can lead to unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data and unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Customer Interaction History data, posing significant confidentiality and integrity risks.
