Summary
CVE-2024-20655 is a newly disclosed remote code execution vulnerability affecting Microsoft Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP). An attacker can exploit this issue by crafting a specially crafted OCSP response, potentially gaining the ability to run arbitrary code on affected systems. Successful exploitation could lead to significant security risks, including unauthorized access, data theft, or system damage.
