Summary

CVE-2024-20255 is a vulnerability affecting the SOAP API of Cisco Expressway Series and Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server. This issue allows unauthenticated, remote attackers to execute cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks on these systems. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient CSRF protections for their web-based management interfaces. An attacker can trick a user of the REST API into clicking a malicious link, resulting in the affected system reloading upon successful exploitation.
