This issue allows authenticated attackers, with contributor access or higher, to bypass capability checks on the 'wcr_dismiss_admin_notice' function. As a result, attackers can manipulate and update arbitrary site options to the 'dismissed' value, leading to unauthorized modification and potential loss of data.
