Summary

CVE-2024-1859 is a vulnerability affecting the Slider Responsive Slideshow plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 1.3.8, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject PHP Objects through deserialization of untrusted input to the awl_slider_responsive_shortcode function. No Pop chain has been identified in the vulnerable plugin, but if present through additional plugins or themes, the attacker could potentially delete files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code.
