Summary

CVE-2024-1771 is a vulnerability affecting the Total theme for WordPress. This issue stems from a missing capability check on the total_order_sections() function, which is present in all versions up to and including 2.1.59. Consequently, authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above can manipulate data by repeating sections on the homepage.
