Summary

CVE-2024-1559 is a newly disclosed vulnerability in the Link Library plugin for WordPress. This issue allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts through the 'll_reciprocal' parameter, which is insufficiently sanitized and poorly escaped. As a result, arbitrary web scripts can be executed whenever a user accesses a specially crafted page. The vulnerability impacts all versions of the plugin up to and including 7.6. WordPress users are strongly advised to update the Link Library plugin as soon as possible to mitigate this Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) risk.
